- Entrance Exam
We have a comprehensive entrance exam for applicants who want to join our team. The exam contains questions pertaining to health-specific care, emergencies, safety, communication, boundaries, and professionalism.
- Personality Assessment
We assess the traits of potential caregivers to see if they are compatible with our clients.
- CNA Certified
We identify if potential applicants have Certified Nursing Assistant certification in order to provide clients with basic care and assistance with various day-to-day tasks.
- Background Checks
We make sure to hire the right people by conducting comprehensive background checks. Our background check system checks federal, state and local judicial branches, abuse and neglect lists nationwide.
- Reference Checks
Applicants must secure three professional references and three personal references before we can offer them a position.
We require applicants to go through three interviews to assess if they are qualified for a spot on our team. We conduct phone interviews and face-to-face interviews.
